How to send us your access details:

  1. Launch AnyDesk after installation.
  2. On the main screen, underĀ “This Desk”, you will see your 9-digit AnyDesk ID (e.g.Ā 123 456 789).
  3. Open a support ticket and send us this ID:

  4. When our technician connects, AnyDesk will display a confirmation prompt on your screen — please clickĀ “Accept”Ā to grant access.
  5. (Optional, for unattended access):Ā Set a password underĀ Settings → Security → Unattended AccessĀ and include it in your ticket.

You can end the session at any time by closing the AnyDesk window.
